一年ぶりに訪問なのでしょうか?
今回は奥方の親戚が集まっての夕食に利用させてもらいました。
従弟が四国生まれで初めて鳥レバー刺しを食べたらしく美味しいと言っていました。
今回も美味しかったです。

半年振りに行きました。(通算7回目)
奥方が鳥レバー刺しを食べたいと言うので、平日ならばランチがあるのですが今回は祝日なので2,000円・2,500円コースの内、2,000円コースを注文。
内容はモモ焼き、鳥刺し、水菜のお浸し、揚げ出し豆腐、ひじき煮、自家製蒟蒻刺し、おにぎり、自家製味噌を使用した味噌汁、自家製漬物です。一見、量は少ないと感じますが、これで十分な量です。
特に感動したのは、自家製蒟蒻刺しと水菜のお浸し(人生初メニュー)は美味しかった。
自家製蒟蒻刺し・田舎そば・甘酒(冬季のみ)は単品の人気メニューとの事。
今回も写りが悪い画像をアップしましたので参考にならにでしょうが御勘弁を。
店舗は解かり難い場所にあり、小道の運転に自信がない人は車での来店は苦労します。
店内は個人(経営者)の家に隣接する納屋を改築して、農家の食卓と思わせる良い雰囲気です。
料理は焼き鳥。焼き鳥と言っても串刺しした焼き鳥ではなく、鳥の焼肉店と言った方が理解されやすいでしょうか?
小さな囲炉裏に炭の入った火鉢を置き、自分で鳥を焼き食べるスタイル。
塩胡椒で食べても美味しいのですが、特製のつけダレが妙に美味しく食欲をそそります。
オススメは新鮮な鳥のレバー・ズリ刺しです(福岡でも食べれないメニュー)
あと、自家製の米を炊き立てで出す御飯は米の甘みが素晴らしく漬物だけで食べても美味しいです。
