ランチコースをいただきました
このご時世にもかかわらずカウンターはほぼ満席でした
今日の小鉢は
スミイカのげそ...柔らかくてプリプリ
鯛の煮こごり...美味しいけど骨が気になった
鯛の白子...臭みもなくクリーミーでめちゃうま
握りは
明石の鯛...こんなに甘みのある鯛は初めて
漬けマグロ...赤身なれどネットリ
さわらのわら焼き(ニンニク醤油)...藁の香りが堪りません
イワシの炙り...脂の乗った鰯を炙り臭み皆無
イクラ...口中でとろける美味しさ
中落ちトロロ...とろとろです
穴子...程よい炙り
高菜巻き...〆に持ってこい
玉子...これぞ出汁巻き
しじみの味噌汁...出汁が効いてます
一番好きな寿司屋なのでそれだけで美味しく感じてしまうのですが大将の包丁さばきや手際の良さも素晴らしいです
定期的に通いたいです^ ^
