本当は、7月に伺う候補に入っていたお店で、以前電話でご主人に色々伺ったのですが。。。。。他の候補との兼合いで連れに却下されて(^-^;
伺えなかったのですが、電話での応対が好印象でしたので、11月のお昼に予約して伺いました。
お店前の駐車場に車を停めてお店に、店内はL字型のカウンター席(ネタケース有)と奥に座敷席があるようでした。
予約の際、予約だけして何も頼んでいませんでしたので、ご主人に伺うとお昼はお鮨が多いとのことで、夜は10,000円~コースがあり、ふぐやあらの料理もありますよ と言われていたと思います。(何れも要予約でしょうね)
ご主人に色々伺いながら、最後はお鮨でと。。。。ネタケースを見てこれは何にされるのか等を伺いながら、頂いたのは。。。。。
お通し 野菜のお浸し、刺身 鯛の雲丹巻き マグロ 酒のあてにと梅味噌 、タイラギ貝の炙り、炊き合わせ(確か芋真蒸、ハチク、カブ等)、トマトスライス 塩で、カレイの一夜干し、松茸の土瓶蒸し
お鮨は、鯛、マグロ、烏賊、雲丹軍艦、車海老、鯖、穴子、玉子、ネギ巻き 此処までが鮨の一通りだったと思います。(多分赤だし付き?)
追加でネタケースを見ながら、さざえ、あわび、コハダ、アジ、タイラギ、赤貝、マグロ赤身
【お味・総評】
メニューはありませんし、どれが幾ら位するのかは分かりませんが、以上で20,000円だったと思います。(端数はまけて頂きました(^人^)感謝♪)
やはり、お通しから美味いです^^
特に印象にあるのは、カレイの一夜干しこれは絶品かと^^
魚も、鯛やマグロは旨みが。。。。。。
出汁の塩梅も良かったです。
お鮨は好みもあると思いますが、一通りの後半は尻すぼみかな? 前半は良かったですが。
接客もご主人と色々お話しながら、頼んだり出来ましたし、なかなか良かったと思います。(やはりこの手のお店はカウンターが特等席です(^^)
今回は、アラカルトのような頼み方をしましたが、連れもこれでこの金額なら安いねって言ってました^^
次回機会があれば、コース料理を頼んでみたいお店です^^
