何回も伺ったのに、初投稿です。旧店舗の時はフラっと歩いて行って空いていれば食べていったのに、どんどん有名…になっていきました。今では予約なしでは入れないお店です。誰をおつれしても美味しい!!を連発です。「せせり」(ネック)は下手な店のモモ肉より美味しいです。中はジュわっ 外はパリッとしているので、一本で2度楽しめます。ここの「ハツ」は関内の焼き鳥店でNo1.です。「うずらの卵」は微妙の茹で加減、焼き加減が職人技です。「出汁巻きたまご」は絶品です。だれもが口にしたら唸るでしょう。「つくね」も美味の一言では表現できないほどです。「鳥グラタン」旧店舗では私の好きな料理から遠ざかってしまいましたが、新店舗では私が知っているさいとうさんの出す最高の料理に仕上がっていたので、うれしかったです。「鳥スープ」は昔はうずらの卵が入っていましたが、今のスタイルが最高です。近いうちに、またこの美味しさをいただきにあがりたいです。
