10月の京都行き。
今回は夫の誕生日を京都で過ごすために行ってきました。
行きは私は朝の新幹線、夫はフレックスを使って夕方の新幹線で・・だったので
お昼は京都在住の友人と2人でランチを頂く事にしました。
伺ったのは御所南側にある岩さきさんです。
岩さきさんのランチは11000円のコース。
事前予約が必要です。
平日のランチということでお客は私たち2人のみ。
ご主人おひとりで対応下さいました。
まずは松の実の入ったおぶと盃の日本酒を頂き
お写真撮っていませんが、私はウーロン茶友人はノンアルコールビールを頂いて乾杯。
コースのスタートです。
お料理はお写真を参考にして頂きたいのですが
そろそろ名残りになる鱧と松茸、柚庵焼きのお魚と鍋仕立てのお肉を味わいました。
いつもながらお出汁の美味しい、手間暇かけたお料理は何を頂いても笑顔になれるし
安心・安定のホッコリしたお味。
水物や最後の和菓子まで一切手抜きなしのコースを堪能できました。
友人は来年のおせちの事が頭をよぎり、ご主人さまに尋ねてみましたが
現在 おひとりでお店の全てを担っていらっしゃるのでおせちまで手が回らないのだとか。
残念ですが、お正月シーズンに伺うともしかしたらお店で少し味わえるかもしれません。
また伺いたいと思います。
