昨日6/18は横浜支店時代の友達とのお食事会、横浜阪東橋駅近くの「三吉橋 小嶋屋」で蕎麦前、そして蕎麦を楽しみました!蕎麦前では、そばがき、そばがきから揚げが美味しい!そして蕎麦はさらしな、田舎が最高!ああ、美味しかった!
ビールと日本酒を飲みながら、蕎麦前でそば味噌、出汁巻玉子、身欠き鰊山椒炊き、らっきょう梅和え、そばがき、そばがきのから揚げを食べる。山椒炊きはピリッと痺れ、そばがきはふわっと、そばがきから揚げはモチっとして美味しい!そこでワインに切り替えて、まずは三色もり。さらしなは爽やか、もりは香り高く、田舎は太くて歯ごたえしっかり!これは美味い!もっと食べたくて、鴨せいろ、よもぎそばを半分ずつ、鴨の香りが最高!これで一人当り5000円はお値打ちです!
お店の方の感じも良く、実に快適でした!ごちそうさまでした。
