西麻布の一石三鳥 別邸にてディナーをしてきました♪
大人気の一石三鳥グループが、2023年に炉端串焼き、創作江戸料理の店として出店した一石三鳥別邸。
江戸時代をテーマとした内装や調度品で、落ち着いた空間が広がります。
この日いただきました、すき焼き付き割烹コースは以下のような構成でした。
*先付 北海道産毛蟹酒蒸し 色取菊 紅葉寄せ
*前菜 本鮪敲き 天恵菇詰め
*造里 鰹、富士サーモン、真鯛、甘海老
*八寸 春巻、出汁巻玉子、栗、さつまいも、白和え、いかの揚真薯
*鍋物 関東風すき焼き
*箸休め 秋の新物奉書巻き
*焼物 蓮根と海老の黄金焼、さつまいも炉端焼き
*食事 山形県産コシヒカリ新米おにぎり
*甘味 さつまいもプリン、ジェラート、ぶどう
先付から毛蟹なんて豪華過ぎるスタート!
秋らしい菊と一緒に。
見た目も美しい八寸は、とうもろこしとべシャルメソースの春巻きが食感も楽しく印象的!
パリパリの皮、トロッとしたソース、瑞々しいとうもろこし。
とうもろこしを噛み締めると甘さが広がって幸せでした♪
メインのすき焼きは、ゼブラナス、花びら茸、天然舞茸、とき色ひら茸、ねぎ、金時芋、ほうれん草、こんにゃく、和牛サーロインと盛りだくさんの食材を使用。
甘めの割下で煮込まれたお肉とお野菜は、鹿児島県の拘りの卵でいただきまして、、絶品ですよ!
お肉は柔らかくて口の中で蕩けました。
〆の食事は、炊き立ての山形県産コシヒカリ新米に、すき焼きの出汁を使用しておにぎりに!
野菜とお肉の旨みがギュッと詰まった出汁をお米が受け止めまして、、美味しいに決まってますよね!!
こちら1人2個ですが、1個はお土産として持ち帰りました。
デザートのさつまいもプリンも濃厚で美味!
最後まで飽きがこない構成となっていて、次は何かな?というワクワク感がずっとあり楽しいコースでした。
大将は料理のみならず日本酒にもお詳しく、料理に合うお酒を提案くださりまして、仙禽 線香花火、鳳凰美田、山本と堪能させていただきました。
日本酒は常時10種程取り揃えているそうで、お料理とのペアリングも楽しいですね♪
西麻布で秋を感じる素敵なひと時でした。
