夜の深町は初めてだ、周りの景色が少しだけ違ってみえるので少し迷ってしまった(笑)
お店には予約時間の5時ピッタリに到着、予約してある旨を告げるとカウンターの一角に通された。
久しぶりの厨房には何時ものお二人が分業しながらテキパキと作業を続けてみえる。
5時過ぎには第一陣の全員が揃った様で一斉に天ぷらが始まった。
お店はカウンター10席、二人席のテーブルが二つのあわせても14席の小ぢんまりしたお店だ。
ワンクールが二時間余り、注文はおまかせ天ぷらがほとんどだ(19,000円、税別)
普通の定食(14,000円、税別)と変わるのはウニ・クチコ・河豚の白子が入る事、初めは定食にウニの
天ぷらを追加する事を考えていたのだが急遽おまかせに変更!
江戸前の天ぷらにしては胡麻油の色が付いていないと思ったら、こちらでは太白胡麻油オンリーの様だ。
薄い色彩でどれもジューシーにしっとりした仕上がりだ。
しかし衣が少しだけ厚いのでどの料理をとっても全くインスタ映えしない・・・ゴメンナサイm(__)m
コースは何時も通り車海老二尾が続く、一般には海老に始まり海老に終わると思ったのだが順序が少し違った。
その後クチコや河豚の白子が天つゆ・塩・レモンなどの指定を受けながら次々と美味しくいただく。
春野菜はまだまだ露地ものが出る時期ではないので、殆どは温室栽培もの、しかし香りは結構強い!
今夜の魚はキス・グジ・アナゴの三種、グジのウロコがパリパリして香ばしさが加わりとても美味しい。
一通りいただいてお腹が一杯になってしまった、でもこの後食事が出てくるのだ。
今夜は天茶にした、天丼や天バラは一寸無理だったかな(..)
何れにしても美味しい天ぷらが堪能出来た、ご馳走様でした。
