1年ぶりの熊本
今回の最大の目的はこちらのランチです
ジャスト2ヶ月前に予約してました
熊本市中心部から車でちょうど2時間
12時開店と同時に入店も1組先に始められてましたw
予約時にカウンター希望してなかったからか
テーブル席へ案内されちょっと残念
同時に入られた方は大将が待つカウンターでした…

なーんて細かい事は置いといて
いよいよお寿司の登場です!
しかもテーブルなので3貫同時にいらっしゃいますた
1貫目、左から石鯛(多分順番間違えた)
口に入れた瞬間、もう得も言われぬ旨さ!
さらに噛み締めるほどに口に広がる旨味たるや!
永遠に口の中に残っていて欲しいものでした
カウンターの方に大将が提供の都度ネタの説明をされてるのを頭に入れながら、目を瞑って1貫ずつゆっくりゆっくり最後まで楽しませて頂きました
ある意味テーブル席で良かったのかもしれません
魚へんに旨いと書いて【鮨】
大将が技と愛情を込めて一貫ずつネタに合う仕事と醤油不要な味付けをされた、これぞ究極の鮨です
