評判のビストロ ルールブルーにて会食。結論から言うと、またまた大阪の奥深さを知ってしまった、というか驚愕の味でした!
お店は、一見わかりにく〜い場所に、さりげな〜くあります。カジュアルなビストロなのに、出てくる料理はハイ・クオリティなフレンチの連続。恐るべし。
まずは、シャブリ片手に、野菜の酢漬けとサラミで。期待感が徐々に高まってきます。
そして、前菜トップバッターは、馬肉のカルパッチョ。なるほど、美味い!
そして、鴨のコンフィ。塩味が効いていて、カリッ、パリッな食感。美味いとしか言いようがありません。トレビアン!
パンも美味い。お替り必至です。
そして、本日一番の驚愕は、メインの魚で登場したヒラメのソテー。この泡泡な登場にびっくり。なんじゃ、これは!
実にフォトジェニックです。
泡の中から現れたのは、ヒラメの中にウニとカニ!!!なんとも豪勢な。さながらThePoliceのようなトリオか!ウニとカニとヒラメを一緒に味わう至福。
赤ワインにシフトして、肉料理の一番手は、ラムのグリル。柔らかくてジューシーなラムが赤ワインにベストマッチ。
そして、真打は和牛のステーキ。肉も柔らかくてすごいが、なんと言ってもソースが美味。東西を問わず、牛肉は偉大。
満腹でもデザートは別腹。お店の人のおススメで、チョコレートケーキをチョイス。これが大当たり!ケーキというよりは、チョコレートの塊を食しているかのよう。ほんのり暖めてあって絶妙の食感。
〆にコーヒーで終了。至福のひとときでありました。
大阪の食恐るべし。これはマジにリピート意向大です。しかし、ここを満喫してしまうと、ハシゴするのがツライし・・・大阪の食事情、あまりに選択肢が多すぎて悩ましいことだけは確かであります。
