8月に旅行に行った際の最終日はどこで食べるかな・・と
相方さんと相談していたのですがたか田八祥で“鮎尽くし”なるコースがあると聞き
“これがいい”と即答して予約しました。
少々予算オーバーですがせっかくこの季節に来るのに普通のコースじゃ勿体ない!という訳です。
本当に鮎尽くしで堪能しました。
お店自体はカウンターとかは無く、全席個室対応になります。
これだけでも何か高級感がありますよね~ご主人が出てきてくれてカウンターであれやこれやと
食べ物談義しながら食べるのも好きですが♪
お運びのお姉さんもつる幸のような感じでちょっと手慣れた感じのお運びのお姉さんで好印象。
振る舞いや物腰もいい感じです。
お料理やお部屋がすごくてもお運びがバイト丸出しの大学生とか田舎のおばちゃん風情だとちょっとガッカリですもん。
もう鮎尽くしコースは写真を見てもらえばわかると思いますが圧巻です。本当に。
八寸から鮎尽くしで素晴らしいですがせごしの分厚いこと!
吉田川の鮎だからこそのせごしです。続けて鮎の炭火焼も本当に美味かったです。
馬瀬川、和良川、吉田川は本当にすごいですよ・・こんな鮎食べれるのは岐阜だけです。
贅沢にもその前日比良山荘で安曇川の鮎を食べた後だったので直接比較となりましたが
塩焼き、となると吉田川の鮎が優勢ですね。
比良山荘はトータルバランス、一年を通しての安定感で高得点にしていますが
塩焼きだけならこっちの鮎が食べごたえあって風味も豊かで食べたっ!という満足感が得られるかな。
ただお椀はやはり岐阜。関西よりもほんの少し塩気が立っていたように思います。
最後は鮎スープ、鮎雑炊で〆ました。
本当に堪能~鮎好きにはたまらないコースですね!
全国の鮎好きの皆様、夏はたか田八祥の鮎づくしコースを食べるべきです。
ごちそうさまでした!今度は普通の懐石もいただいてみたいものです。
