《 2025年03月 初訪 》
札幌駅前通りの南4丁目交差点近くに有る蕎麦居酒屋だ。
中休み無しの通し営業なので、世間様のランチタイムが終わった辺りから、のんびりと昼酒が楽しめる。
まずは「かんぱち」の刺身を肴に、釧路の地酒「福司」を頂く。
肴はもう一品、蕎麦屋の定番「板わさ」を。
カンパチは良かったのだが、板わさは自分の苦手な、薄切りにした板カマにわさびを挟んだタイプだ。
わさびは嫌いでは無いが、沢山は要らない人なので、自分で加減が出来るように別添えにしてくれた方が有難い。
それに、板わさは赤板よりも白板のほうが上品な気がするのは自分だけ?
ちなみに「お通し」は鶏肉とキュウリの和え物で、コレ、なかなか旨かった。
2杯目は焼酎から「十割」をロックで。
ほろ酔い気分になった頃で、〆に「もりそば」を。
個人的にはもう少し細めだと良いのだけれどな、という感じ。
種モノにはこのくらいでも良いが、セイロものだともう少し細い方がのど越しが良いよね。
面白いと思ったのは、薄め?の付け汁の別に「返し」が付いてくるところ。
お好みの濃さでどうぞ!という事なのだろうが、コストも掛かるだろうに、この価格帯の店でこんなんするの?
前から気になっていた店ではあるけれど、人気の理由を垣間見た気がするな。
