慌ただしく過ぎた11月の末に久しぶりでお邪魔しました。忙しい思いをしながら過ごしていると、寿司虎の炙り寿司が食べたくなります。
相変わらずの人気で、テーブルでもカウンターでもどちらでも結構と申込み、それほど待つことなくカウンター席に案内されました。
座ってすぐ、炙り三貫尽くしを注文。メニューを吟味する必要はありません。
タブレットからの注文だけでなく、レーンを流れている寿司も直感的に美味そうだなと感じれば手に取ります。
矢継ぎ早に食べてお腹が落ち着いたところで、手書きメニューのおすすめを食べてみようかなとサワラを注文。
その他にも寒ブリや青森のサーモンなどもいただいて十分な満足感の中でこの日の夕食を終えることができました。本当にいいお店だと思います。
