かみさんの誕生日という事で、「ちょっと奮発してお寿司を食べ行こう」って事で、こちらのお店でお食事してきました。千代田線二重橋前駅で降りてすぐのビルの地下フロアにあり、分かり難い場所ですが行きやすい(笑)場所にあります。時間になりカウンターのお部屋に通されました。お客さんはうちを含め3組らしく、お客も板前さんも揃った時点で、さりげなくコースがスタートしました。
最初は、摘み。
カツオ(ヅケ)、イワシ(巻物)とボタンエビ、太刀魚の塩焼き、あん肝と西瓜の奈良漬。どれも手の込んだ仕事でハッキリとした味ですが、量を抑えているので重く無く、前菜としても酒のつまみとしてもバッチリです。
次いで握り。
ブダイ、烏賊、赤身、中トロ、アジ、イシガキ貝、ムラサキ雲丹、穴子の8カン。シャリは硬めで酢がハッキリとしていて自分の好きな味でした。丁度口に入れるとホロリと崩れる感じが、具材の味を全面に表現している、そんな感じがしました。どれも美味しかったけど、やっぱり赤身が圧巻でした。
おしまいは、お食事とデザート。
食事は、ヅケマグロを鬼の様に詰めた巻き物、デザートは玉子焼きの上でアールグレイの餡を固めたもの。どちらもオリジナリティ溢れる逸品で、楽しむ事が出来ました。
全体を通して、気楽に食事が楽しめるお店でした。勿論、寿司としての技・技術も素晴らしいと思います。また食べに来たいですね。
