2013.06.18(初訪)
ミシュランが錦糸町のお店に星を付けたのが、北口の「とり喜」さんと
南口の「よこやま」さんでした。
とり喜さんは開店からのお付き合いでしたが、よこやまさんには伺った事がなかったのです。
以前から、とても行きたかったのですが やっと チャンス到来。
6月18日は 自分の53回目の誕生日。 記念に よこやまさんのあとを継いだ「はせ川」さんへ
ハンドルネームが「THE錦糸町」ですから、このお店はおさえておかなければなかったので。
事前に予約を取ってから訪問です。 場所はパークタワー錦糸町のすぐそば。
入口から客席までのアプローチも雰囲気があってとても素敵でした。
コースはおまかせコースのみのシンプルな設定。 まずはビールで乾杯です。
先客は誰もいませんが、なんか貸切みたいで得した気分になりました。
てんぷらは全て長谷川さんが調理してます。 とり喜さんも坂井さんが全部やってますが。
裏方とホールは奥様ともう1人の女性が。 お三方ともとても気が利いていて気持のいい接客です。
タイミングもバッチリですし、息が合っているので 見てても気持ちがいいです。
料理は、天ぷらってこんなに美味しいものだった と再認識できました。
出てくるもの出てくるものに対して、目からウロコが落ちます。
頭の中も 幸せホルモンドーパミンが噴き出ますね。
いやぁ ここはやはり季節毎 いや毎月来たくなるお店です。
全てが美味しかったです。 素材の旨味をグッと引き出す名人のお店ですね。
ちなみに 油は4種類のブレンドで 胡麻油・〇実油・〇脂・〇〇ー〇油だそうです。
これにも驚きました。 ごちそうさまでした。
