2021年8月下旬訪問。

黒亭訪問後、一路天草を目指します。
熊本市内から車で90分。夕方16時過ぎに現地へ到着できました。
ホテル自慢の展望風呂から天草の海に夕陽が沈むのは残念ながら雲に隠れて見れませんでしたが、お部屋の風呂に浸かりながら海を眺められるのは最高です。
夕食は密にならないよう、お部屋で頂きます。
こちらでは新鮮な天草の海の幸を地元の冷酒と共に堪能できました。

どれも新鮮で美味しいのですが、個人的には、まぐろ・いか・蛸・鯛などが入った旬の地魚五種盛り,天草黒鮑の陶板焼き,蛸の柔らか煮,車海老の塩焼き,鯛の炊き込み御飯がおすすめ。
品数が多かったため、残った鯛の炊き込み御飯はおにぎりにしてもらい、夜食で頂きました。
また翌日の朝食で食べた鯛茶漬けも良い出汁が出て美味かったです。
ご馳走様でした。
初めての天草でしたが、熊本の海の幸&野菜各種と温泉を楽しめました。
また機会があれば是非利用しよう。
