15時に名古屋駅に到着して、急いでタクシーでお店へ・・・
15時15分頃に店に到着すると店内はカウンター1席と子上がり以外は満席(汗)
最後のカウンター1席を確保
レビューで確認すると、最後に訪れたのは昨年の9月・・・って事は半年以上ぶりの訪問だったんですねぇ
女将のすみちゃんからも、佐久間さんからも「ホント、久し振りだがネェ」って云われちゃいました(笑)

本日静岡での滞在時間はたったの3時間でした(汗)
名駅から地下鉄東山線、鶴舞線と乗継いで大須観音駅で下車、店に到着したのは口開け前の14時45分でした
カウンターに座ると女将のすみちゃんから「8月は来なかったでしょ」と名古屋弁で云われてしまったw

初めて玉子巻きを食べましたが、出汁巻きって感じでは無く、砂糖でほんのり甘い玉子焼き
昔お袋が作ってくれたヤツと同じ様で懐かしい味わいでした(笑)
大好物のこはだは〆具合抜群!
まぐろは相変わらず赤身と云う名の中トロです
この日はランチ抜きだったので、いつもよりは食べたかな?
酒の肴が旨いので酒が勧んじゃって、この日は銚子大4本、冷酒2杯を呑み干しましたw

・十六ささげ(味噌)
十六ささげは愛知の伝統野菜で、見た目はいんげんに似ているが、いんげんより柔らかく、食味が良いのが特徴
さやの中の豆が16個あることから十六ささげと呼ばれているそうです
初めて食べましたが、旨かったです!

口開けの15時にはまだ早かったので名古屋駅から約40分歩いて大須へ
毎度の事ながら開店前に店に入ると、いつもとは違って既に10名位の先輩方が・・・
中には女性の先輩のグループもw
カウンター内、奥の調理場はてんやわんや準備中
席に着くと「先月は来なかったでしょ」とすみちゃん(多分女将)の挨拶代わりのお言葉(笑)
前月は水曜定休である事を忘れてて店の前まできて気付いたのでした(汗)←笑われた
我実家が仙台で有る事を覚えて暮れていた様で心配してくれていた様です(感謝)

塩を軽く振って食べると口の中に豆の風味が広がります
・牛蒡と鶏皮の煮物
結構ハッキリ濃いめの味付けで酒が進みます
鶏皮の脂がいい味出してます
・角麩と穴子の煮物
これは牛蒡に比べるとアッサリした味わい
パッと見ホルモン系に見えるヒダヒダのヤツが「角麩」

学生時代に住んでた街名古屋
青春時代の思い出が一杯の街名古屋
仕事の都合上(取引先が無い)、名古屋へ出張する事は殆ど有りませんが
関東方面や静岡出張の帰りに無理やり途中下車をして呑み歩く様になりました(汗)
末廣屋は大須の赤門通り沿いに有ります
大須は学生時代、電気製品や家具を購入する時以外は訪れる事がない街でした
今は古着やアクセサリー、フィギア等若者が集まる街へと変化した様です
店は15時開店
いつも口開け前に店に入り、準備風景を楽しみながら開店を待ちます(待たせて戴いております)
店内はL字カウンター12席、4名掛けテーブルが4卓、小上がりは4名掛け2卓
そのL字カウンターの上には大皿に盛られた酒の肴が所狭しと並んでいます
手慣れた常連さん達は席を立って、カウンターに並ぶ料理を指さし「これとこれ、お願いね」って感じで註文
最近はその一員と化しています(笑)
開店から、早ければ15分、遅くとも30分で店内は満席に
平日は9割以上が人生の先輩方々←みなさんお元気です!
小生なんかは、まだまだ若輩者の部類に入りますw
ビールを呑まない小生は必ず日本酒のぬる燗(名古屋では「どん燗」と云う)を最初から…
酒の肴は煮物、おひたし、焼き物、茹でた野菜(いんげん、茄子等)の名古屋ならではの八丁味噌掛け等々
高くても400円位と、体にも財布にも優しい料理ばかり!
開店直後にカウンターに熱々湯気いっぱいで登場する煮魚

新鮮で註文を受けてから包丁を入れる刺身
これまた600円までとリーズナブル
特にマグロはこの店の名物!
中トロ(場合によってはトロ)としか思えない脂がのった赤身がこの値段で堪能できます
旨い酒と肴、何故か心地よく聞こえる客同士の会話や周囲の音
すべての要素が居心地の良さを作り出してる様に思えます
それと、気さくに話し掛けてくれる先輩方との会話も酒を旨く呑める要素のひとつかも?
