【再訪】
この日は栃木県真岡市での会議終了後、静岡県焼津市へ移動 ←東京駅での乗継が悪く不便w
軽く一杯やりたかったので静岡駅で在来線に乗換えずに途中下車w
おでん街である、青葉横丁のおばちゃんで静岡おでんを肴に静岡割を堪能してから焼津のホテルへ・・・
チェックインを済ませ、部屋で落着くと何となく呑み足りない(汗)
久しく訪れてなかった、昭和の初めから続く壽屋酒店へ向かいました!
暖簾を潜って引き戸を開けると、そこはリアルな昭和時代
店主もお元気そうで何よりです
鰹の刺身、へそみそ煮を肴に地元の酒杉錦をぬる燗で戴いて、店主と四方山話
本当に時間の流れがゆっくりと感じ、心地よい居心地と酔い加減
気付くとお銚子が三本空になっていましたw

【再訪】
この日は出張の前泊で静岡県の焼津へ
静岡駅で途中下車して、大正12年創業の多可能で軽く引っ掛けて焼津へ移動
焼津のホテルにチェックインしてから、この日二軒目はこちらへ・・・
戦前から酒屋、戦後すぐに居酒屋と昭和の初めから続く歴史のあるお店です!
暖簾を潜って引き戸を開けると店主が椅子に座りながら新聞を読んでいました(汗)
早い時間帯に客足は引けてしまった様で、お客は居ませんでした
地元の酒杉錦をぬる燗で註文、鰹の造り、おでんを肴に・・・
店主は覚えていてくれた様で「久しぶりですね!出張ですか」と声を掛けて暮れました
店主と世間話をしながら小一時間、ゆっくりと時間が流れました
次回はいつになるかは判りませんが、是非寄らせて戴きたいと思います

呑み仲間の情報を受けて出張先の焼津に有る「寿屋酒店」へ
駅から少し離れた古い商店街の路地裏にポツンと有ります
戦前から酒屋として営業し、戦後すぐから居酒屋となって70年以上と歴史有る、昭和の雰囲気満点の店
映画のセットかレトロイメージの商業施設と思える様な店内
何か実家にでも帰って来たような哀愁が有ります
入り口横に鎮座し存在感が有る氷冷式冷蔵は現役!
ビールや魚を冷やすのに活躍中(冷蔵庫とは違って優しく程良い冷え方)
店を切り盛りしているのは高齢の物腰穏やかな老紳士
調理をしている時の動きや料理や酒を提供する時の仕草は店の雰囲気と絶妙にマッチ
料理の品数は決して多いとは云えませんがどれも手の掛った肴ばかり
「鰹さしみ」
山葵では無く生姜醤油で食べます
刺身のツマも大根ではなく玉葱が古風な焼津風との事
脂がのってて旨みの濃い鰹です
「鯵酢」
浅漬けの酢〆で、今まで食べた酢〆の魚とはチョッと違う感じ
かなり刺身に近い状態に優しい酢の味
「おでん」
おでんと云っても練り物や大根、蒟蒻が有る訳ではなく「豚のツラミ」の串のみ
静岡風なので青のりが掛っています
トロトロ煮込まれて柔かく、チョッと豚臭い独特な料理です
「へそみそ煮」
へそって云ってもへそではなく、鰹の心臓との事
コリコリの食感と味噌の優しい味が美味 !
「たこさしみ」「小えび唐揚」 「たこ煮」はアレルギーなので口にしておらずコメントはできませんw
旨い肴のお蔭でお銚子4、5本が軽く空いてしまいます
手の空いた店主から焼津の昔の華やかし頃の様子なんかを聞いたりとマッタリと時間が過ぎて行きます
店主との会話の中で自分の代でこの店を閉めてしまうと聞きました(後継者がいないし、継がせる気が無い)
小生が「歴史ある貴重なお店なので頑張って欲しい」と云うと
年齢がその時になれば店は閉める的な返事が返って来ました
自分で何歳で店を閉めるって既に決めている様です
年数回の出張の時にしか寄れませんが店が開いてる限りお邪魔しようと思っています
