場所は駅から八間通りに入り、セブンイレブンの先のビルの二階。
ここは以前ピナコラーダがあったところですね。
お店のインテリアは当時のままです。
シェフのつくる料理はどれもとても美味しいです。
山芋のフライ、ごぼうのアラビアータなど、和の食材を洋にアレンジしたつまみ料理が秀逸。
パスタもお店で手打ちなのだそうで、このあいだは胡椒を練り込んだタリアテッレなんていうのを頂きました。
づけ鮪と茄子のミルフィーユというのも取り合わせが絶妙です。
初めて訪問した時に最初の一皿にこれを頂いて、一発でこのお店のファンになりました。
シェフは穏やかな語り口で仕事も丁寧です。
昨年オープンしたばかりで、これからという感じですが、烏山にぜひとも根付いて欲しいお店ですね。
このあたり、これだけのお料理を気軽に頂けるお店はなかなかないので。
お店は1時くらいまでやっているので、帰りの遅い私は貴重な存在でもあります。
また、カウンターやこじんまりした窓際の席など、女性一人でも気軽に利用出来ると思います。
