食べログで高評価のてんま亭に行ってきました。
余談だが、広島のタクシーは料金がまちまちで\570~\620ぐらいの幅があった。ホテルから\570のタクシーに乗り、流川通りで多分この辺ですと降ろされ、探すが判らず、お店に電話をすると外まで店長さんが出てきて頂き、丁寧に場所を教えてくれました。
行く前に事前電話を入れた方が確実だし、日時が決まっているなら事前予約でコース料理を注文すると良いであろう。
この旅は、牡蠣がメインだったので、飲み物を注文する時に生牡蠣も注文しました。店長さん曰く、似島直送の牡蠣で大きさや味に自信があると・・その名の通り、実に大きく濃厚であった。「海のミルク」と言われるのもよく判る。
カキの塩辛なるものは初めて食べました。お湯割りや熱燗に合うでしょう。ご飯にもいいかも・・・
珍しいカキの茶碗蒸しや定番のバター焼きも牡蠣の濃厚差が口いっぱいに広がり満面の笑顔になりました。
魚介類は、先にも記したが、予約で活鮑が売れ切れなんですと店長さん直々に謝りに来てくれましたが、コース料理に必ず鮑が付くのも珍しいと思うので、次回は必ず予約をしたいと思いました。また、刺身で、天然カンパチ、小鯵、活地あじ、どれもプリプリの美味しさ◎
店内の作りも半個室で、靴を脱ぐ部屋と脱がないテーブル席など心地よい空間がある。
何よりも、店長さんのお人柄か迎えから送りまで・・広島のおもてなしの深さを感じました。有難うございました。
帰り際、お店の前で快く写真に応じて頂きました。
