今回は京都市上京区にある豆腐料理のお店[豆生庵]さんに行って来ました。
こじんまりとした和風な感じで京都らしいお店です。
女将さんともう一人おじさんが忙しそうにまわしておられました。
[桜御膳]と[鞠御膳]があり鞠御膳を注文!
中トロ、雲丹こんにゃく、子持ちこんにゃく、天ぷら盛り合わせ、湯葉、湯葉サラダ、揚げ出し豆腐などなどが出てきました。
なかなかお酒のアテが続くので結構酔いますね。
湯葉は目の前であげ、3回あげた後はニガリを入れ混ぜて新鮮豆腐の出来上がりです!
湯葉が絶品でとても美味しかったです。
3枚では足りない感は御座いましたが、後に湯葉サラダが出てくるので丁度良いかもです。
その後の豆腐も小鍋いっぱいになるんですが、ペロッと頂けました。
その他も[揚げ出し豆腐]はかなり美味しく、アツアツで豆腐の甘味がこたえられない美味しさでした!
最後のアテに泡盛に漬けた、豆の何か??がとても美味しく日本酒が止まりません。
〆のご飯も良い炊き具合で間違いなかったです。
これだけ豆腐を食べたのは初めてですね!
しかもリーズナブルですのでかなり良いお店だと思います。
