前橋市本町の『古久家』に行って来ました。
久しぶりにウナギを食べにゆく
5年前に来たときと変わらない店舗、暖簾を潜り奥の座敷に案内されます。
今回も特上うな重をお願いします。
パケットを使い切った遅いスマホを弄りながら待つこと25分で提供されました。
『特上うな重』3,300円+大盛100円
お重の蓋を開けると、他ではお目にかかれないほどの黒い蒲焼が登場☆
ふっくら肉厚の身は柔らかで小骨ひとつ気にならない仕上がり。
そして特記すべきは黒いタレですね。
創業から継足し継足し魔法がかかって黒くなったタレは甘味がなくしょっぱくない不思議なタレなのです。
シャリの炊き加減は相変わらず本気のカタメ(笑)
カタメのシャリと特徴あるタレは万人ウケではないかもですが無二の鰻重です。
肝吸いは300円
以前の特上は肝吸い付きだったけど、今は付きません。
濃ゆいお出汁に茗荷の香りが良いです。
久しぶりの古久家の鰻重、堪能しました☆
