沖縄レビューが終了したので時を戻そう
9月某日、新屋敷での宴
KJS明けでかなーり久々の飲み会だ
今宵のメニューは4,000円のコース+飲み放題2,500円
コース内容は
・くえだいの藁焼き&ウメイロ
くえだいとクエって違うのか?見た目で違いはよく分からない
適度な歯ごたえと上品な甘み
・とうもろこしのしんじょう
さすが新屋敷と思わせる一品
食感は密度の濃いはんぺん、モロコシの旨味がしっかり
・チョウザメの西京漬焼き
チョウザメの卵はよく(極たまに)食べるが、身は初めてかも
鮫を焼いても美味いものだ
尤もこれは新屋敷の技がそうさせてるのかもしれないが
・鳥取のアジフライ
新屋敷のエース、新屋敷の真骨頂
文句なしの美味さだ
イギリスのかいでん(塩)添え
塩だけでも十分つまみになる
・江戸前 銀宝(ぎんぽ)のフライ
初めて聞く魚だ
棒状なので穴子のような物か?
と食べれば確かに食感は穴子に近い
淡白な中にも旨味を感じる魚だ
ネットで調べると見た目は小型のウツボ
・たこ焼き
時々攻めメニューも挟んでくるお茶目な一面
・長崎和牛のタタキと茄子
この店は魚介系のイメージだが肉も一級品だ
肉の下にはジュレ、其の下には茄子
・松茸の炊き込みご飯とお味噌汁
釜で炊き上げた松茸ご飯、もう最高の贅沢!
この内容で4千円とは驚きのハイコスパ
KJSが解除され、またこの店で飲食できたことが嬉しい
そしてメニューにないサプライズまで出てきたことに二重の喜びだった
