八戸の夜は屋台街など活気にあふれた楽しい場所です。
その八戸の夜を過ごすのはやはり昔からやっているこちらのばんやさんです。
今は女将さんが仕切る店ですが、昔から全くスタイルは変わりません。
薄暗く落ち着ける空間のカウンタには郷土料理のメニューが数品並びます。
メニューは無いので、その大皿の中身を聞いて選びます。
今回は馬肉の煮物、なめたけ三升漬けのあえもの、かすべの煮物、いかごろなどを頂きました。
日本酒はもちろん青森の地酒、八仙や稲生などが揃います。
青森の地酒と濃い味付けの郷土料理が良く合います。
このお店のカウンタでこの料理とお酒を飲めるのが何よりも幸せです。
八戸で青森郷土料理をいただきたい時はやはりこちらが良いですね。
