2016年3月21日、友人と3名で初訪問。
目的だったお店が休みで、こちらのお店を思い出し、ダメ元で電話を入れてみました。
奇跡の当日予約!
ずっと昔から
実は普段はお休みらしいので、逆に常連さんが来ない。
こちらは、蕎麦割烹のお店で、築66年にもなる建物と季節を感じるお庭が素晴らしいです。
今日は貸切り状態なので、ここが武蔵小山なのかと言うほど静かで、感動頻りです。
頂いたお料理は、
『クリームチーズの大吟醸酒粕漬け』(500円)…数量限定500円メニューから。
少し口に入れると吟醸香が口一杯に広がります。
酒のあてには最高です。
『さつま揚げ盛り合わせ』(1300円)…非常にボリューミーな揚げたてのさつま揚げです。
美味い。
『ダシまき卵(卵三個、甘汁ダシ卵焼き)』(750円)…焼きたてふわふわのだし巻き玉子です。
卵と出汁のバランスが良いですね。
『蛸磯焼き(タコ甘辛煮)』(600円)…小ぶりの真だこですが良く焚けていました。
これも日本酒のあてにはぴったり。
『蕎麦味噌焼き』(450円)…蕎麦の実がまんま入っている蕎麦味噌をこんがりと炙った定番の肴。
ちょびっと舐めて日本酒をクイっと。
堪りません。
『粗挽き蕎麦せいろ(自家製粉粗挽き)』(950円)…自分ともうひと方は、粗挽きせいろ蕎麦を友人ひとりは、十割蕎麦を頂きました。
粗挽き蕎麦は、しっかりとした味です。
喉越しが良いです。
『十割蕎麦せいろ(自家製粉石臼挽き)』(950円)…こちらの方が蕎麦の香りが立っていました。
『わさび醤油漬け』…サービスで出して頂きました。
頂いた飲み物は、
『サッポロラガー(中瓶)』(700円)
『船中八策(純米辛口・高知)』(950円)
『神亀(辛口純米酒・埼玉)』(950円)
こちらは、蕎麦、つまみ、酒、雰囲気、佇まい、どれを取っても完成度が高く、デートや大切な方をおもてなしするのに大変良いと思います。
武蔵小山の奥座敷とでも呼びましょうか。
今度は事前に予約して、鴨鍋でも食べに来たいです。
