2020年7月30日の夜に訪問。
新橋駅前ビルの地下にひっそりと構えるこちらのお寿司屋さんは、2010年に開業してから約10年毎日1組貸切×2回転の完全予約制で営業を続けているお店です。
・ひらめと青柳のお造り
サイズも味も最高級の青柳とひらめのお刺身でいきなり大満足の一品でした。
・つぶ貝刺し
大きなつぶ貝を1人1つ提供されます。
程よい歯応えと甘みでこちらも抜群の旨さ。肝は苦味がほとんどなく、お酒にもばっちり。
・めばち鮪の炙り
開業以降10年間定番の逸品。炙ったまぐろに塩とわさびでこちらも抜群。
・手作り豆腐
店主が直前に作った自家製の豆腐。濃厚な味わい。
