京都北野にある老舗酒場『神馬(しんめ)』
個人的には日本全国で一番好きな酒場です。
大間の本鮪、ぐじ(甘鯛)の酒蒸し、鱧と松茸の土瓶蒸し、太刀魚焼霜、琵琶ます、仙鳳趾の生牡蠣、大葉としば漬けの飯蒸などなど何を食べても絶品の品々。
昭和9年創業でお店の雰囲気も趣があり居心地も最高。
京都に行ったら最優先で行きたい最高の酒場です♪
