昔ながらの素朴な味わいが懐かしい、農林61号を使用した灰色の細目の麺を温かいつけ汁でいただきます。
茹で置きなので表面が乾いた幾つかのうどんの塊を見ると、初めての方はびっくりするかもしれません。一つの塊を汁に浸し、ちょっと時間を置いてつけ汁でふやかす様にほぐしてから啜ります。
初めて食べても懐かしい、田舎の親戚の縁側で食べた様な気がします。遠い記憶が戻ってくる様なうどんでした。
女将さんから、この辺りの女性はみんなうどん打ちが得意だったと伺いました。
