2012年12月16日。
熊本・福岡食べ歩きツアーのラストで行ってきました。
この日は14時予約だったので、朝に門司港でふぐとカキの焼きカレー
を食べてから突撃w(←空腹で行けって感じですが、、、汗)
中に入り待合いで少し待って(2時間の交代制 カウンター5席のみ)
店内へ~
カウンターに座ると席の前には指を洗うための少量の水が垂れていて、
寿司と向き合うための環境が完璧に整ってる状態。なのでこちらの店
は禁煙&禁酒です。タバコはすわないので有り難いですが、お寿司を
酒なしで食べるのは生涯初(←嘘つけ)だったので不安(←大袈裟)
まずはお茶を頂き、、、
カウンターに登場したのが胡瓜。
キュウリ!?胡瓜は塩で頂くんですが、みずみずしくてウマい。
大将も『ウチの胡瓜、皆ウマいって言ってくれるんですよ〜』と。
いきなりの胡瓜攻撃にビビってる間に本気モードの寿司が続々と到着。
紫なしで頂く江戸前スタイル。楽しみ〜
今回頂いたのは以下のような感じです。
☆大間まぐろ
これに関してはウマいのは当然ですよね。
軽く塩をふっていただきました。とろける〜
☆赤イカ
コレは芸術です。少しずつ包丁を入れてあって舌触りにアクセント
が出る分、食べ応えアップ!トビコと錦胡麻のトッピングで色どり
も最高です。華やか〜
☆車海老半茹で
海老がプリップリ。ホンマ最高!
☆しめ鯖
上に茗荷、昆布、分葱が乗っかってます。こういう食べ方をするの
初めて。ホント紫不要ですね〜
☆鮃
鮃の肝が乗ってます。サッパリした味付けでイイ!
☆ほたて
穴子で使われそうな甘ダレ使用。
これに関しては個人的には普通に食べたかったかもw
☆太刀魚
コレもボリューム感があって好きです!しかも脂の乗りが最高!
☆づけ
ウマいとしか言いようがない〜w
☆鱚
柚子胡椒で頂きましたが、完璧です。
鱚ってこんなにウマい魚だっけ?と見直しましたw
☆玄界灘のアジ
パーフェクト!
大好きな魚を更に美味しく握ってくれて有難うございましたw
☆蓴菜の入った赤だし
大好物の蓴菜が入っててラッキー!北秋田で食べて以来かも。
☆栄螺
オクラと一緒に頂きます。生臭さがなくて凄いウマい〜
☆海老の頭
車海老の頭部分を焼き上げたもの。大阪のお好み焼き屋さんでも
よくやってくれるけど、出してる海老のレベルが違うので格段に
ウマいw
☆真鯛
京都の錦市場のふりかけ胡麻使用。色どりも綺麗でウマい!
☆根室の雲丹
今まで淡路島由良産の赤雲丹が一番好きでしたがアッサリ逆転。
甘くてボリュームもあって最高!
☆穴子
ラストを締めくくるのに最高の1品!身もふっくらしていて完璧!
今回の推し寿司はコレかウニかな〜w
ラスト2でエース2発ぶつけてくるなんてズルいw
油断してパクッといってしまいました。
寿司を食う時、好きなネタは最後まで残す派なので、自分的には大変
有り難い流れでしたw
☆出汁巻
絶品スイーツって感じですw
☆メロン
実はメロンって好きではないけど、コレは甘くてウマ〜い!さすが
『寿司が旨いのは当然なので寿司以外の胡瓜とメロンはこだわって
ますw』って言ってただけの事はありますね〜w
こうして終了。(寂)
門司港で焼きカレー食った後だったので、全部食べれるか心配でした
が、あっさり食えました。こんなけウマかったら腹イッパイでももう
1周くらい食えそうですw
ごちそうさまでした。
博多から直行で大阪に帰らなくて良かった〜
また季節を変えて旬の魚を食べに伺いたいですw

という内容でした。相変わらず芸術作品かのように美しく包丁の入った
ネタが続き、味の方も醤油は使わず素材を活かした味付けで頂けたので
感動の連続でした。
あと大将がちょこちょこ話かけてくれたり、こまめに熱いお茶をかえて
くれたり、サービスもとても良く、前回と変わらず大満足な夕食となり
ました。堅苦し過ぎず、楽しい雰囲気で料理を頂けるのが嬉しいです♪
価格は前回より上がった気がするのですが(気のせい?)このお寿司と
このおもてなしでこの価格なら、また小倉に行った際は是非再訪したい
ですw
