愛媛県今治市伯方島にある『赤吉』さんへ
カリスマ漁師・藤本氏の神経〆した瀬戸内のお魚を
赤瀬大将の技で頂けるという事で楽しみ過ぎます!
福山からレンタカーで1時間ほどでお店に到着。
12時予約で入店し、カウンター席へ
では日本酒で乾杯〜
※友人は運転なので、自分が代わりに飲みますっ
最初に大将がこの日の立派なお魚を見せてくれたの
ですが、どの魚も良い表情♪
・キジハタ・ヒゲソリダイ・鰆・河豚・真鯛・コチ

刺身はプリップリ、焼き物はフワッフワで、生臭さ
は一切なく、魚の味が濃厚。こうやって1つ1つの
魚の味を堪能できるのが嬉しい〜
塩も藤本氏のこだわりが詰まっていて、伯方島の塩
ではなく、海外の塩を瀬戸内の海水に溶かして煮詰
めて作っているそう。この塩もお酒が進むヤツ〜
最初の天竺鯛の唐揚げもメチャクチャ美味かったし
鯛、夏の河豚、赤雲丹など、ドレも最高。
そしてラストに降臨した名物のシャリ入り出汁巻き
玉子がもう震える美味しさ。泣
大将の話も楽しくて、大満足なランチタイムとなり
ました。数年後?に完成予定のオーベルジュも是非
伺いたいです。
