2025年3月。
朝早くに小倉を出発し、9時半に別府到着。
2時間で地獄めぐりを済ませた後、『別府 廣門』さん
のランチ貸切会に突撃。お誘い有難うございました。
少し早めに到着したのですが、雨の中、大将も店の外に出てお出迎え。こういうの、嬉しいですよね。
カウンター席に案内され、シャンパンで乾杯。
豪華ランチの始まりです。
まずは今回の特選食材・石鯛、紋甲烏賊、車海老が
登場。魅せ方もウマいし説明もとても丁寧(^^)
※覚えられないので、全て幹事さん頼みですw
大分の食材を用いたどの料理も素晴らしく、美味し
かったのはもちろん、とにかく大将が細やかに全体
の流れを見渡しているのが印象的でした。
料理、ボリューム、サービス、CPどれをとっても
期待を大きく上回る満足度♪
(自分的には総合点5点は軽く超えてますw)
気軽にフラッと訪問できる場所ではないけど、是非
季節ごとに再訪したいお店です。
