平日昼に1人で訪問。
店内はカウンターのみ15席ほど。
12時前に訪問で約20分待ち。12席ほどのカウンターを三回転ほど回すイメージで、ちょうど回転するタイミングだとあまり待たずに入れそうです。
ランチは7貫¥1,000か11貫¥1,500。どちらも手巻・赤出汁付。ほとんどの人は11貫を注文。
イカ→ハマチ→天然まだか→マグロ→中トロ→サーモン→赤出汁→ホタテ→アジ→エビ→玉→イクラ→ネギトロ手巻、で終了。
追加でボタンエビ→穴子→鉄火細巻。
で、¥2,800也。
シャリは飯尾醸造の赤酢で塩のみ、おそらく砂糖は入っていません。温度管理はともかく古米を使用し粒感がしっかりした名古屋では珍しい江戸前の立派なシャリ。
タネも高級店と比べてはいけませんが、イカ、エビ以外はこの価格では素晴らしいレベル。価格破壊です。
また、基本煮切り醤油を塗っているのであまり醤油差しは使用しません。
東京・大阪にはこのレベルの同様の業種が既に沢山ありますが、名古屋ではまだまだ少ないため当分は繁盛が続くと思われます。
賛否両論あると思いますが、私は大いにアリだと思います。
