名物のお通しの『大豆』です。
これが相変わらず旨くて、食味食感も良好です。
普通にメニューに入れば良いのになぁ、といつも思っています。
★おかみ手造り らっきょう酢漬け@450円。
らっきょう好きですが、ここのもシンプルに旨いなあ。
★青なんばん@500円。
素材の味わいを感じる提供。
★新子やき@1,100円。
旭川に多いメニュー。
ココのはタレは緩く色目ほどしょっぱく無く、肉質は柔らかで、噛み締めるほどに味わい良く、程よくジューシーに仕上がっていた。
流石は『創業以来のタレ』だなぁ。
★ホッケの開き@1,100円。
身欠きにしんが、ちょうど前のお客さんで売り切れて此方で。
これはマアマアでした。
★えびの塩焼き@750円/3尾
★玉子やき@600円。
★たこの串焼き@650円。
この3品は普通にイケる品々でした。
★レバー@650円。
コレは結構イケた。
分厚くて大ぶりのレバーを臭みなく、上手く火入れしていてました。タレは新子やきと共通なのかなぁ?
タレも美味しかった。
★ おむすび@300円。

【あとがき】
数年ぶりのカミさんや身内を連れた訪問でしたが、相変わらず楽しめました。
旭川の居酒屋としては、ココは好きですね。
