久しぶりに寄ってみる。
開店時間の少し前にお店に到着するも駐車場は満車状態。
お店は県外からの方も多く訪れてます、これは驚き。
食べ比べ10割を注文。
生粉打ち、むせるような香りが特徴でそのまま食べるとよくわかります。
粗挽き、独特な食感とモグモグした時の味が抜群に良い。
玄生粉打ち、挽きぐるみの良さと生粉の良さが味わえる一品、この香りと味これが一番好きでした。
韃靼、独特の香りと味で韃靼でしか味わえない味ですが好みが別れるタイプの蕎麦です。
蕎麦湯、粉を追加で入れてるタイプ、濃厚でトロリとした感じが良い。
お店の方もペースが速い私を見てそれに合わせて出してくれるのも嬉しい。
この辺りで蕎麦だけを楽しむにはやっぱりこのお店か!
