地元の旧家をリノベーションしてレストランや宿として利用している。
雰囲気が良く出来るだけ以前の雰囲気を残してるのも良いと思います。
食事は地元の食材に拘ったメニューで食材しか書いていないので想像しながら楽しんでくださいと言われてました。
飲み物はおまかせでお願いしました。
1品目、栗の濃厚な味が伝わるペーストに近いスープ?これは面白い。
2品目、無花果とチーズの組み合わせは好きな組み合わせ。
3品目、渋柿をあんぽ柿や枯露柿ように仕上げて甘さを出してますが手間のかかる仕事です。
4品目、クレソンとカラスミの組み合わせはシンプルなパスタに良い感じでした。
5砂目、鮎のリゾットは内臓の苦みをほのかに感じる絶品の一品、軽く焼いて入れてるのかな?
6品目、赤いかは駿河湾で良く聞く烏賊の名前で槍や白烏賊などに近い味かかな?プリッとした食感と甘味が良い。
7品目、地元の銘柄牛らしいが赤身とサシのバランスが良く美味しかった、シンプルな味付けも肉の美味しさを引き出してます。
ペアリングは日本酒やジョージア産のワインなど普段では飲まない物が入って面白い体験でした。
デザートは柑橘系のソルベがサッパリして美味しかった。
朝に海を散歩しながら思い出の地に良い宿が出来たな~と思いながら宿を後にしました。
