現在のMY蕎麦ランキング一位に輝く
「一閑人」富士宮の「こばやし」なきあと
他の追従を許さないぶっちぎり。。(^^)v
とは言いすぎですが、どこで蕎麦を食べても、
「一閑人」を基準に考えると・・う~んとなります。
勿論、まだ出会えていない素晴らしい蕎麦が沢山
あることは期待を込めて信じていますけど・・
そんな「一閑人」、悩みのタネは混むこと!
特に春から秋の週末は激混み(1H以上待ちもザラ)
そこで我が家は・・悪天候用の蕎麦屋と決めてます。
台風、大雪が当たればBEST!!場所柄車しか交通
手段がないので、普通の人は躊躇する天候を狙う
高度で知能的な作戦行動となるわけです(笑)
今回も接近する台風の大雨の中、作戦を敢行。
狙い通りに、昼真っ只中にも関わらず、先客2組。
思わずツレと顔を見合わせニンマリ(~~;
前回は温かい蕎麦をいただいたので、今回は直球で
生粉打ちせいろ+汁なし蕎麦(玄挽き)をオーダー。
そば茶を啜りながら雨の森を眺めつつ、10分ほどで、
生粉そばせいろが登壇。白くエッジの効いた綺麗な
蕎麦は、先ずは岩塩で味わいます。美味いね~~。
続いて、かえしの効いた辛汁をチョットだけ付けて、
一気に啜る(ヌーハラなんか知った事か)もう止まらん。
食べ終わると同時に、おかわり用の汁なし蕎麦が到着。
ナイスタイミングです(^^)b こちらは玄挽きチョイス、
黒い星が美しいまさしく蕎麦OF蕎麦ですね。
強い弾力を感じる喰む蕎麦は、蕎麦好きにはたまりません。
おかわりが550円で出来るのも「一閑人」の激魅力です。
大好きな辛汁を、とろっとろの蕎麦湯で溶いていただけば、
満足度MAX。。ご主人、お若いのにええ仕事してますな~。
食後はいつもの牛乳豆腐黒蜜かけ。これも大好き(0^^0)
優しい牛乳豆腐と黒蜜が、爽やかな余韻を残して幸せな気分で
ごちそうさまです。
今回は、まだ新そばではなかったので、機会があれば
(悪天候が当たれば・・)近々にまた来たいなぁ。。
しかし、晴れた景色を見ながら蕎麦食べれないのも、
思えばなんか・・まあ割り切って次は雪見蕎麦と洒落込むか。。
