前日竹の塚で飲んだくれ~北千住で煮干しを〆で食べた翌日の事です^^
身体はもっと煮干しを欲している・・・今居るところは北千住・・
入谷の師匠か綾瀬の弟子か?迷うところですが、綾瀬にしました
東京都足立区綾瀬2丁目メトロ千代田線に乗り綾瀬下車~徒歩10分程
昼の開店前に合わせて行くが、1時間前到着~先客ゼロのPPであ~る
少し店舗周りを散策して30分前に戻ると・・・行列10名(汗)に接続
昨年来たときは店舗手前の有料Pだけ。段差があり低い車は難しいので
車での訪問を躊躇してましたが、そのPの向かいに新たな有料P新設~
段差無しの優しい駐車場です!これなら次回はクルマもご安心^^
まぁ昨年は流山でしたので、原チャリでも行けましたが^^
列は丁度自販機前で、換気扇からの良い香りが漂う特等席(笑)
煮干しのお店の待ちは香りが楽しめるので苦にならない
順番で一席空きましたが、家内とふたりでしたので、次のおひとり様へ譲る~
●煮干し味玉 ¥900
●塩煮干し味玉 ¥900
●和え玉 ¥200
イカした店内BGMで前回は大川店主踊っていましたが(笑)
今回はまじめに作っています^^
後ろの方に席を譲ってくれたので「おまけ」とトッピング~
すっと笑顔で提供が素敵です!一気に人気店に登ってきたのが判ります
入谷の師匠の煮干しを更に進化させて、今の私の煮干しナンバーワンです^^
ガツンと広がる煮干しの出汁はこの後半日は身体から感じる煮干し臭(笑)
細麺は固めでパツンと良い食感~煮干しと合わさると・・・・
これまた最高でございまする!
チャーシュー・味玉ともに脇役に徹する
煮干しを楽しめるお店です^^
和え玉も適うなら2つ食べたい
流山の時にもっと通っていればと今更の後悔^^
