10月8日(土)、週末の飲みニストは、東中野へ。。。
東中野に降り立ったのは、人生初!!とても新宿から2駅と思えない落ち着いた感じの街。
今日の目的地は、蕎麦屋の「更科丸屋」さん
マイミクさんのお誘いで「房島屋蔵元を囲む会」に参加しにやってきました!!
蔵元の所さんの挨拶で、お酒の会がスタート!!
今日のお酒は、こちらの9種類
冷やでいただいたり、燗でいただきました!!
今回、飲みニストが気に入ったのは、
7.純米6号酵母おりがらみ
おりがらみのまろやかさがたまりません
3.純米吟醸無ろ過生酒
香りと旨みが楽しめます!!
8.純米超辛口
めっちゃ、すっきり!!
そして、料理は、
【先付(秋刀魚と湯葉の冷製煮物、江戸前穴子の煮凝り、牡蠣の南蛮漬け)】
穴子の煮凝りも美味かったのですが、秋刀魚と湯葉の冷製煮物が絶品!!
この湯葉だけで、お酒が飲めます!!
【造り(真鯛昆布〆、秋刀魚造り)】
旬の秋刀魚も美味しかったのですが、海苔がウマウマ~!!
これは、最高の酒のあてっす。。。
