1月16日(金)、会社を終えた飲みニストは、下赤塚へ。。。
今日は飲み友さんのお誘いで、下赤塚の「やきとり良太」さんにやってきました!!
下赤塚にやってきたのは、大学時代以来でしょうか。。。
まずは、生ビールで乾杯!!
料理は、
〇鳥刺し
鳥刺しが、めっちゃ美しい!!そして、新鮮な感じで、ウマウマで~す!!
〇つくね
こちらのつくねは、めっちゃビッグ!!
そのまま食べても美味しいし、味噌をつけて食べてもめっちゃ美味しいです!!
〇小肉(せせり)
小肉も、めっちゃボリューミー!!
せせりのこの食感が大好きなんですよね。とっても嬉しいですぅ。。。
〇レバー半焼き
こちらのレバーは新鮮なので、半焼きで!!レモンを軽く絞っていただきます!!
〇唐揚げ
こんな真っ白な唐揚げを食べるのは、初めてかも!!
チューリップ状のは、手で持って食べるのにいいですね。
〇なんこつ
こちらのお店のなんこつは、まわりのお肉がたっぷり付いていて、
食べ応えありですぅ。。。
〇ささみわさび
ささみを軽く炙って、わさびを載せていただきます。
〇ネギ皮巻き
ネギを鳥皮で巻いていただきます。
へぇ~、こんな食べ方、初めてです!!鳥皮とネギの食感がいい感じです。
ドリンクは、日本酒や焼酎ロックをいただき、おなか一杯!!
そして、これで3000円ほどというコスパ!!びっくりですぅ。。。
