GW東北旅、角館の桜は欠かせません。
残念ながら訪れた時は散ってしまっていたけれど、料亭稲穂さんで極上の会席を頂くことが出来ました。
桜の時期は混雑するので、角館壊石(5940円)を予約しておきました。
通されたお部屋は美しいお庭が眺められる趣ある個室、ゆっくり頂けます。
写真を見て頂くとおわかりになると思いますが、郷土色・季節感満載の会席です。
箸付きは、特製塩魚汁フランスパンにバッケ味噌・ばっけそうすを付けて頂きます。
角館名物:八杯豆腐もいいお味。
お造りは厳選された食材ですね、美味しいです。
じゅんさいや山菜の天ぷらなど、普段食べれないような食材もあって大満足。
きりたんぽ網焼きも絶品でした。
