国営公園・海の中道にあるリゾートホテル、海を望むオーシャンビューの客室、芝生のガーデン、アクティビティなどが楽しめ、非日常の時間が過ごせました。
夕食は、ステーキハウス ミディアムレアでいただきました。
国産黒毛和牛をメインに、九州・玄界灘で獲れた魚介、地元で育った新鮮な野菜など、その季節で一番美味しい食材を目の前で焼き上げます。

初めに食材の紹介があります、美しいお肉や鮑にワクワク。
黒毛和牛炙り寿司は、薄切りスライスのきめ細やかな黒毛和牛がお口の中でとろけます。
カツオのたたきは、香ばしく旨味たっぷり、薬味を合わせていただきます。
秋の彩りサラダは新鮮しゃきしゃき、塩昆布のドレッシングが美味。
茸のポタージュがとても美味しい、キノコの旨味たっぷり。
鮑のステ−キは肝醤油バターソースで、柔らかい鮑に風味豊かな肝ソース、感動の美味しさ。
宮崎県 なかにし和牛(赤身)と九州産 黒毛和牛(ロース)、どちらもレアで。
柔らかいお肉、旨みがお口いっぱいに広がり幸せ。
対馬の藻塩との相性もいい、青森ニンニクチップもアクセント。
なかにし和牛が絶品。
焼き野菜は、紅はるか・熊本の赤ナス・大分のシイタケ、紅はるかがホクホクで甘い。
〆は明太子と大葉のガーリックライス、ニンニクと醤油がよく絡んだご飯が最高。
半分はお出汁をかけていただきます、サッパリしていくらでも食べれそう。
デザ−トは、北海道のミルクアイスと大分の巨峰。
シェフによる目の前でのパフォーマンスは、鉄板焼きの醍醐味。
音や香りに食欲がそそられます。
