お客さんがインドに帰る束の間のお食事会。
毎度、新しいお店を選ぶのですが今回はこちらでした。
もの凄く綺麗なHPにいちまつの不安を抱きながら、参りました。HPが綺麗だけだったらどうしようと。
店前に立ち不安は半分になり、店内をみて不安は無くなりました。
「アーレキュイジーヌ!」と叫びたくなるキッチンスタジアム。
こういう新感覚の焼き鳥屋さん多くなってきていますが、群を抜いています。
お客さんがおまかせ日本酒 4種を頼み、驚き。もの凄くマリアージュされています。ソムリエさんがいるのかな?
今までおまかせって信じていなかったのですが、これからは信じます(笑)
驚きの品。烏骨鶏のフラン ロマネスコ
これは茶わん蒸しで無くて、フランですね。なんと言っても後味が良いです。
次に蕨の炊き込みご飯、これだけ色鮮やかに、また味が良い蕨。蕨への考え方が変わりました。
固めのプディングも濃厚で美味しい事美味しい事。
ご亭主とのお話も進んでまったく楽しい時間でした。
このお店2年目だとの事。なのでまだ口コミ数も少なく、点数が低いのも良かったです。
きっとこの地域を代表するお店になるでしょう。
