以前のものに高級素材のものをちょびっと追加し

・毛ガニ・・味噌と具を混ぜてからに詰め直し、切り分けて、ジュレ・紫蘇の花を散らして
・すまがつお・・鹿児島の幻の鰹。「しまがつお」が転じて「すまがつお」と呼ばれるように
なったんだとか。さっぱりしていて風味のある身です。
