1000軒目の記念キリ番のお店はこちらにしました。
2010年5月から書き始めた食べたもんの記録
ここまで続けられたのもみなさまのおかげだと感謝しております。
こうして縁あって一緒に食べさせていただいたおいしいお肉を思い出しながら・・・
1000軒目書きます。
JR長居駅から徒歩3分くらいホテルの1階に又三郎さんがあります
今回は、熟成肉を楽しむコース(6500円)を予約していただいているとか
フムフム、肉を熟成させると、微生物により肉のたんぱく質がアミノ酸に変わり、
ジューシーで柔らかく美味しさが増す??
腐敗ではなく熟成とな!? ちなみに私は腐敗寸前(笑)
それに数量・予約者限定の黒毛和牛タンも一人778円でお願いして頂いてました
黒毛和牛特選厚切りタンステーキに関しては、要予約商品で一人前3150円みたいです
熟成されて表面が見た目きちゃな~い(失礼)な肉塊を皆さんの前に披露されます
まずは、撮影開始!
その後、その肉を何度も焼いてはホイルで包み焼いてはまたホイルで包み・・・・
何度この繰り返しをしたのでしょうか
待つこと約40分! 待っている間に野菜の前菜が出てきます
お肉の前に胃の中に野菜を入れた方が、いいのです
ミートパイも出てきました 不思議な食感でしたね、初めての感じ☆
焼き肉というより炭焼きステーキがお皿に盛られました
ナイフで切って岩塩を少々付けて食べます。
じゅわ~っと肉のうまみ成分が口の中に広がります
あ~、こんなの初めてかも
もう一寸、食べたい ってところで無くなりました(笑)
このくらいが、ちょうどいいかもです
〆のお茶漬けとちゃんとしたデザートまでいただきまして
お開きとなりました・・・・
タンのこと書き忘れです・・・輸入牛のタンしか食べたことないので
この食感と味は、1切れですが、なかなかのものです。
今度は、家族の記念日に再訪したいですね~
家に帰って、連れて行く宣言をしてしまいました。
