「谷中ときわ」さんは、よみせ通りにある創業昭和41年の老舗の居酒屋です。
谷根千界隈には隠れた居酒屋の名店が多いのですが、ここもそのひとつです。
常連さんでにぎわうお店に初めて入るには敷居が高そうですが、初めてのお客さんもウエルカムな暖かいお店です。
お店に入ると7席ほどのカウンター席があるほか、奥に広い座敷があります。
お店は古い居酒屋特有の雰囲気が漂っており、居酒屋好きにはたまりません。
愛嬌のよいおかみさんが接客してくれ、渋い旦那さんが料理を作ってくれます。
このお店はお通しが美味しい上、各種のお刺身、ホッケなどの焼き魚、焼き鳥、馬刺し、冷奴、野菜サラダ、ナス味噌など居酒屋メニューが充実しているほか、うな重やちらし寿司などの定食もあります。
どの料理も丁寧に作っていることがよく分かり、とっても美味しい!
〆におにぎりを頼みました。やっぱりおにぎりは握りたてが美味しいですね。
