念願だった「若鳥焼き もばら」を初訪。オシャレ感満載の店内。
お通しの皮の塩煮込みの凝縮された旨さに、まずは圧倒される。その後も注文した料理を食すたび、ため息が出るほど美味しい。
えのきのアチャール 、ズッキーニわさび漬けも箸休めとしては最高。
どの部位を取っても、素材の良質な鶏から最高の美味しさを引き出す絶妙な焼き加減。〆のそぼろ玉子かけご飯、〆のスープまで、一気に走り抜けた感じ。
先月訪ねた「ひな鳥 そのだ」も美味しかったが、それを大きく超える次元の美味しさ。予約が取りづらいのがよくわかる。
唯一唐揚げだけは、「ひな鳥 そのだ」に軍配が上がった。
クォリティの高さに加えて、お料理、飲み物も良心的なお値段。お洒落な店内で、6人で飲んで食べて、1人5千円とコスパは限りなく高く、都心の一流店ならこの3倍は下らないと感じた。
