茨木で働いていた頃は、気に入ってせっせと通いました。
最初は、魚介と肉類をバランスよく提供されていましたが、
途中から春・夏は魚介オンリー、秋・冬は肉類オンリーにメニュー変更。
春・夏メニューは経験しましたが、秋・冬メニューを気になりながら
またもや7年経ってしまいました。

フレッシュなマッシュルームがたっぷり。ルッコラとチーズを添えて。
②豚肉と茸の自家製サルシッチャ
プリプリというよりブリブリの迫力。ジューシーで旨い☆☆
③鶏手羽のフリット
お肉はホロっと身離れ良し。衣はスパイシー。
④茸のカルトッチョ
紙包焼きのことだそう。茸とトマトとチーズの旨みを吸い込んだ
パン粉がたまらん☆☆
⑤茸のズッパ
ベーコン、玉葱、茸に、クルトンと呼ぶには大きすぎるパンがゴロゴロ。
・パン あまり塩気を感じない、ソースを吸わせて楽しむパン
・パスタ料理 茸のオイルソース リングイネ
30,45,60gから選べます。
結構お腹にきてたので、45gで。
醤油も隠し味?美味しかった☆
・メイン料理 豚肉と栗のロースト 赤ワインビネガーソース ジャガイモのオーブン焼き
かなりのボリュームのお肉。
じゃが芋の付け合わせでお腹の余裕にとどめを刺された。
・フルーツと小さなドルチェなど 焼き栗 揚げたご飯のシロップがけ

リモナータは蜂蜜の甘味が優しい☆
肉尽くしに、大きなパン、ジャガ芋、チーズなど
ヘビーな食材がお腹にドドド~ンと来ました。
私には春夏の魚介の方が合ってそう。
けど、シェフのストイックなシチリア愛は素晴らしい。
自分のスタイルにブレがない。
ただ、私がせっせと通ってた頃は2か月先まで予約満杯だったのに
昨今は空席が多いよう。ちょっと気がかりです。
