2年前にディナーで初来店。
その時も感動しましたが、
ランチも美味しく、ホスピタリティ抜群。
”大きな窓から外の緑が眺められる、
洗練されたお洒落な空間”
との事で、ランチは窓の自然光が入り、
自然なお料理写真が撮れる♪
と伺いましたら、階段で地下へ。
( ゚ ▽ ゚ ;)エッ!!
地下?!
地下には個室がひとつのみ。
8人は座れるお席に4人。
和室風で障子窓も。
自然光のお料理写真撮れない~と思っていると、
他の3名の方が前向き発言。
「なかなか個室には来れないからラッキー!」
「気兼ねなく写真が撮れる」
そうですよね♪
あっ!
予約の際に、お祝いのデザートのプレートに、
『コングラッチレーション』
と書いて下さいとお願いしたから個室だったんだ!
個室からは厨房が見え(私が座った席)
皆さんがテキパキお仕事される様が拝見できます。
お料理が上がると大きなお盆で階段を登り、
飲み物は1階から階段を降りて運ばれます。
お料理も、飲み物もスタッフの皆さんは階段を使うのです。
個室を担当して下さった”ケイスケさん”
物腰が柔らかく、素晴らしいホスピタリティ。
最後のお抹茶(お薄)を立てて下さる際は、
個室はシーン・・・・・
素敵な空間で素敵な時間を過ごせました。

「泡」「活力」「エネルギー」
必ず泡の一品があります。
”アップルパイ”はどこかのメニュー??
笑っていいとこだそうです^^
でも、あんなに熱々なアップルパイは他にない♪
定番はかぶのお料理。
メインは、甘鯛、ほろほろ鳥。
どちらも本当にとても美味しく、
今もまた頂きたいくらいに美味しかったです。
素晴らしいお料理、ホスピタリティ。
また是非、お伺いしたいです。

厨房の何かのマシーンの上のダスターたちが気になりました。
