創業が宝塚よりも、吉本よりも古い、
1912年、今年で108年。
人形町の精肉、卸、和牛、すき焼き『日山』が
新しいお店を今年6月にオープン!
人形町駅徒歩すぐ、
母屋の日山の裏手。
何と、12名座れたカウンターを
6名迄の貸切にした
贅沢な広〜い空間。
6名までの貸切、とてもいい♪
この時代、安心です。
この日は4名で本当に贅沢。
玄関でテレビ画面付きの検温をしますが、
検温をすると個室に入るのがこんなに安心なのか
とつくづく思いました。
34歳、フランスで修行した天才シェフが、
一流の日山の和牛を使い、
美味しいはもちろん、重くならず、整腸、
身体に良い数々のメニューを編み出します。
2日に一度、
シャトーブリアンを食べているお客さんが、
今年食べた中で一番美味しいシャトーブリアン!
とおっしゃっていました❢
すき焼きのお米、お肉、松茸。
卵で頂きとても美味しいのに、
日山の割下を入れたら、
凄い味わいになって鳥肌!
すき焼きで終わりと思いきや、
フランスのまかないをアレンジした
美味しい凄い一品が待っていました。
お肉のコースを頂き、
満腹感、膨張感ではなく、
食べ進めるとどんどん楽しくなる、
お腹が喜ぶという現象に♪
店内で目に入るものすべてが美しい。
お化粧室にお客さんが入る度に清掃なさり、
どこもかしこもピカピカで
非の打ち所がないお店でした。
2か月(?)に一度メニューを替えるそうで、
ひとりでも定期的にお伺いしたいです。
