今年もよろしくお願いします。
さて、新年一回目の更新ということでおせちです。
二年連続の購入、三段で2万円也。
どれもこの店らしい料理でうまいですよ、やっぱり。

久しぶりに更新、更新は久しぶりですが店には頻繁に通ってます(笑)
半年近くのたまってる写真を載せてみました。
とにかく、どれも新鮮で良い物の割りに値段は比較的安めなのが最高なお店。
なにせ私が通えるぐらいだから(笑)
三宮にある有名な某店なんかと同じような品物を仕入れていながら、
だいぶ安い値段で食べれますからね~
そんなわけで今回、点を上げることにしました。
ちなみに、2011年正月のおせちはここのだったのですが、
2012年も既に予約しています。
新年には、その写真を載せる予定。

6~7月に食べたものの写真を掲載。
鮎はこの店で今シーズンだけでも3回いただきました。
解禁直後はあまりいいものが出回っていない感じでしたが、ここのところはぽつぽついいのが入荷してますね。

4~5月に食べたもののうち、面白そうなものを載せてみました。
アワビはやっぷり美味いです。
おこぜなんかはこの店で珍しいですね。
しかも刺身で食べれるぐらいとなると、滅多にないですね。

とりあえず3月後半に食べた物を載せてみました。
その中でも天然ぶりの刺身は養殖物と比べて色からして違いますよね。
このピンク色こそ天然物といった感じ。
味も単にあぷらがのっているだけではなく、なんていうか独特な粘っこさ?とでもいったらよいのでしょうか?
なんか美味い表現がおもいつかないですが、本当に美味いですね。

今回は、毛がにと、がしらの煮付けの写真を載せてみました。
毛がには、ほぼ国産しか仕入れないのですが、かなり大ぶりで、この写真ので3500円とかなりリーズナブルですね。
私はほとんどかに類を食べないのですが、進められて食べて見ましたが、ちょとびっくりするぐらいうまかったですよ。
量も一人では贅沢すぎるぐらいでしたね。
がしらの煮付けもよく食べます。
ここのはかなり大ぶりで、他店のものがめだかに見えます(笑)
味付けは、見た感じの通り、薄味ですがしっかりした味付けではあるのでお勧めですね。

だいたい、週に2、3回は訪れていますが、相変わらずいいものが入っていますよね。
ここ一ヶ月で食べたもので写真をとったものを載せておきます。
あれこれ説明するより、写真を見てもらえれば良さはわかってもらえると思うので。

何年も前から通っていますが、今年初めて文福さんのおせち料理を注文してみました。
価格は2万円です。
今年はすかすかのおせちが話題(笑)にになりましたが、ここのは当然ギッシリ詰まった立派な物で、
おかみさんが一つ一つ丁寧に作った美味しいおせちがいただけました。
正直、これで2万円はかなりお得なのではないでしょうかね。
味付けは、いつもの文福の味付けと食材ですので安心していただけますしね。
来年も注文したいですね。

魚料理の文福さん
阪急王子公園西口を出て交差点を渡りTUTAYAの脇の道を入ってすぐにあります。
地元で何十年も前から続いている店で、本当においしい刺身、焼魚、煮魚等いろいろいただけます。
私も何年も前から利用しています。
昼のランチ営業もされていますが、やっぱりこの店の良さは夜じゃないと味わえないですね。
店の雰囲気はちょっとした小料理屋というか居酒屋といった感じですが、魚は基本的に天然物、
しかもかなりいいものを使っており、それがリーズナブルに味わえますね。
一つ一つ説明しだすと時間がないので、今回は取り溜めしていた写真を掲載しておきます。
そのうち暇になったら追記したと思います。
刺身類はどれもビックリするぐらい鮮度が高く、歯ごたえもコリコリしてて本当に旨いですね。
個人的にはあわびが一番好きかな。
ここで食べるとこれまで自分が食べていたものが本当に同じ魚なのかって思ってしまうぐらい。
ま、これは単に今まであまりいいものを食べてこなかっただけなんでしょう。
たぶん、1回で何万円もするような高級な店に行けば、旨い物を食べれるのでしょうが、
普通のサラリーマンがそうそうそんな店に行けるわけではないですからね。
煮魚はガシラやハゲの煮付け等をよくいただきますが、ありがちな濃いめの味付けではなく
薄味だけどしっかりした味付けになっており、なかなかの旨さですね。
値段を考えれるとかなりの大きいですしね。
焼魚も最近ではブリ(切身・カマ)、さわら等を照り焼きや味噌焼き等でいただきましたが、
そもそもの鮮度が違うのでかなりの旨さですね。
また、日替わりで何品かのおばんざいを選んで食べれますが、これも季節の食材を生かした
薄味なのにしっかりした味付けで、どれもはずれがない旨さですね。
私にとってこれからも利用し続けたい店ですね。
